A Farm-Fresh

Culinary Treat

If you’re a fan of the 100-Mile Diet (everything you eat is sourced within 100 miles), then you’re going to love the dining experience at Echo Valley Ranch. We call our farm-fresh cuisine the 100-Metre Diet because as much as possible comes from our own ranch gardens. Chef Jason Folk creates the most amazing culinary treats with homegrown ingredients, and sources only what’s necessary from other local growers and ranchers.

Our ranch-raised beef has been a guest favourite for years, and this year we’re introducing the Echo Valley Range Burger to our lunch menu, and a selection of beautifully marbled steaks to our chef’s choice dinner menu.

Fresh and

Sustainable

In 2020 we doubled the size of our ranch garden, as part of our latest commitment to sustainability. We have proudly earned the gold certification of Sustainable Tourism 2030; ensuring that our operation is sustainable and our valley is kept pristine is a top priority for our team.

To prepare for our 2021 re-opening after extensive renovations and a whole new all-inclusive signature experience, Chef Jason and his team have been preserving and canning vegetables, chutneys, jams and jellies, and pickled delights.

Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – a taste of the Echo Valley Ranch Gardens will be part of your meal, and we can’t wait to share this with you.

Family-Style Dining

Reinvented

For 25 years, family-style meals were a popular feature in Echo Valley, and of course, we wanted to preserve that feeling of togetherness while keeping everyone safe and ensuring plenty of space for each of our guests. While we won’t be sharing meals around the same table anymore, we’ve updated our dining room to accommodate individual tables that are spaced far enough apart to keep everyone safe, yet close enough together to allow sharing of stories and a chat with our chef and his team.

The homegrown food is what brings it all together and we’re certain that our new dining experience will be just as popular as our previous style.
