Upon arrival, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your health. We ask that you notify us immediately if you develop any symptoms of COVID-19. If a case of COVID-19 were to be confirmed at the ranch, we will provide the contact info of all who could be affected to local health authorities for contact tracing.
Our kitchen operates with enhanced food safe and heightened cleaning protocols and our food supply chain management and ordering is optimized to allow additional time for sanitizing.
PPE such as face shields, masks, and gloves are in use.
Our dining area has been changed to enable physical distancing between guests. Only guests travelling together will share a table, with 6’ separation between tables maintained at all times. Tables and chairs will be sanitized immediately after each use. We have discontinued family-style and buffet dining, all meals are served plated. Room service is available.
High touch surfaces such as counters, light switches, door handles, as well as common areas and equipment are sanitized constantly, hand sanitizer is available for your use. While all rooms and cabins are cleaned meticulously before your arrival, we will not offer daily housekeeping.
We are limiting our maximum occupancy to 10 guests to ensure physical distancing for staff and guests at all times. If a 6’ distance cannot be maintained (transportation in one of our vehicles, either from and to the airport or to an activity), masks are mandatory for our staff and guests.
Activities are conducted with individual guides for guests travelling together. The only small group activities will be yoga and meditation classes, and a 6’ physical distance will be ensured at all times. Classes will be conducted outside weather-permitting.
The use of our sauna, pool, and fitness room will only be for guests travelling together at a time. Our team is happy to schedule a time for you, all areas will be thoroughly sanitized after use.
Our spa operates under the same meticulous cleaning and sanitizing procedures and our spa therapists will be wearing masks at all times during your appointment.

Covid-19 Staff Policy
We have implemented the following protocols to ensure we are meeting all standards and to create a safe work environment for our team.
- Increased cleaning and sanitization of all workspaces and highly touched surfaces as well as common areas
- Implement increased handwashing and personal hygiene practises for all staff, guidelines have been made available to everyone
- Ask all staff who show any signs or symptoms of illness to stay in their room
- Daily health checks for all staff
- Designated accommodations for any staff who needs to be quarantined if developing symptoms
- All our staff is aware of location of gloves and masks available to them and have been provided with instructions on proper use and disposal of such
