We are proud to raise our own cattle and grow our own produce in our ranch garden and greenhouse. We’ve restored the original root cellar of the Echo Valley homestead, where we keep produce over the winter and seeds from year to year. The ranch fruit trees supply delicious desserts like apple pie, and our berry patches are a favourite among guests and staff alike.
Along with our new curated eco-luxury experience, Chef Jason Folk and his team have created a new dining experience for 2021.
