To secure a reservation at Echo Valley Ranch, a 20% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings received within 30 days require full pre-payment.
The following refund schedule applies to all bookings/cancellations:
- 60 + Days Before Arrival: Full Refund
- 59 – 30 Days Before Arrival: 20% Deposit Retained
- 29 – 0 Days Before Arrival: No Refund
All cancellations must be received in writing.
In cases of cancellation, it will be at Echo Valley Ranch & Spa’s discretion to offer equivalent credit for a rescheduled stay.
Echo Valley Ranch & Spa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Acts of God, strikes, weather, aircraft delays or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
The ranch is best suited for guests 10 years and older, and as such the minimum age for a stay in Echo Valley is 10 years old. For exclusive bookings (use of the entire ranch) children of any age are welcome.
Echo Valley Ranch & Spa will endeavor to provide all services as shown in the package description; however, all activities are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled, postponed or changed at the sole discretion of EVR. In case of force majeure, such as flight cancellations or delays, travel disruptions, weather delays or forces beyond its control, EVR is not liable to refund any money paid.
The maximum weight for riding is 200 lbs., or at the wrangler’s discretion.
It is strongly recommended that guests take out cancellation and interruption insurance.
