Cares

Echo Valley Ranch & Spa is proud to support many fantastic charitable organizations, on a local, provincial, national, and international level. We believe in putting people first and we’re passionate about making a difference not only for our own families but also for others. Here is a selection of organizations we have supported in recent years – visit their websites to find out more!

Please get in touch with Kerstin kerstin@evranch.com if your organization is looking for support and let us know about your cause.

Blue Ecology Institute Foundation

Blue Ecology Institute Foundation (BEIF) is a non-profit working at a grassroots level with a mission to provide a fresh lens on climate change, rekindle hope for the future, and with your support, reverse this environmental crisis. Indigenous wisdom tells us that the power we need is in a spiritual connection to our environment. Numbers alone will not change humanity’s approach to climate change—we need hope, respect, and a shift in attitudes toward Mother Nature.

Victoria Therapeutic Riding Association
Victoria Therapeutic Riding Association

The Victoria Therapeutic Riding Association provides a therapeutic riding experience to children and adults with disabilities from the Greater Victoria area. VTRA is a non-profit charitable organization that uses horseback riding as a recognized therapeutic aid for people with a wide range of physical, intellectual and learning disabilities.

BC Children's Hospital Foundation
BC Children's Hospital Foundation

BC Children’s Hospital is the province’s only full-service, pediatric acute care hospital and serves the one million children living in BC and the Yukon. The foundation works with children, families, caregivers and hundreds of thousands of British Columbians each year to raise funds to support child health.

Miracle Bucket Society
Miracle Bucket Society

The Miracle Bucket Society is a local, registered and incorporated “non-profit society” which began in the North Okanagan in 2011. Their mission is to give families in crisis a sense of hope – to let them know that they are valued and that someone believes in them. Our vision is to give a hand up for families experiencing socio-economic and/or health challenges in the community. These are families who fall between the cracks and are not able to get assistance through other resources.

Seattle Milk Fund
Seattle Milk Fund

Seattle Milk Fund provides child care grants and family support to low-income, full-time students at King County’s colleges and universities. While parents are in school, their children receive a valuable learning opportunity in a licensed, quality child care facility or preschool. Seattle Milk Fund helps parents realize their higher education potential, which can create a brighter and more stable financial future for their families.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

For over 40 years, JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) has been a global leader in the search for an end to type 1 diabetes (T1D), through both research funding and advocacy. We realize that we are engaged in a process of curing T1D – that a cure is not just a destination but also a journey along a path. And we recognize that a part of our mission must be to help those living with T1D today to live healthier, easier, and safer lives until we arrive at the end of that path.
